I suspect the bottom line is Pharmaceutical's would benefit selling the very expensive AIDS drugs.
Trouble is, Africa has no money to buy them. But they will now.
Sadly a slick money laundering scheme. Some parts of Africa have  20 percent AIDS infection.
All the money and drugs in the World won't help, it never has.
