Good article, thanks for posting that. It does a lot to re-enforce the points made by the LP Exit Strategy. It does indicate that most of the actual suicide bombers are foreign, however it points out that by a huge majority, it is Iraqi’s who are orchestrating the attacks:

The bombers are recruited from Sunni communities, smuggled into Iraq from Syria after receiving religious indoctrination and then quickly bundled into cars or strapped with explosive vests and sent to their deaths, the officials said.
